Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm glad you're here. I have been a therapist for over 20 years. I enjoy working with people of all ages and from every walk of life. I am fun, caring and energetic. I help people learn to recover from loss, improve their relationships and increase their awareness of people and things in their life to be thankful for.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe place for people to heal. I help people identify their gifts and strengths . Together we'll develop a personalized plan to manage stress, overcome adversity and release the pains of the past.

What you can expect from me

In the first session I will gather some history and explore the current life stressors. We will begin to find the coping techniques and actions needed to move forward and return to a life filled with peace, love and joy.
