Dr. Winchell earned her Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Denver and served an internship at the University of South Florida, Tampa. She is a member of the Diversity and Multicultural Counsel for an Inclusive Environment. She has had a long-standing adult, child and family practice specializing in motivation, life changes, grief and loss, the military, gender identity and neurodiversity.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, one that encompasses health and wellness and the belief that our innate power will lead us to reflective awareness. This awareness then helps lead us to authentic and responsible action for self and others.
