Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, I firmly believe that prioritizing mental health is essential for achieving true happiness and stability in life. Taking the step to seek help can often be one of the most challenging decisions one might face, so I'd like to extend my heartfelt congratulations for having the courage to embark on this journey!

My approach to therapy

With over 16 years of experience in the mental health field, I have dedicated the last five years of my career specifically to supporting individuals grappling with anxiety, PTSD, and depression. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the complexities of these conditions, and I emphasize individualized care tailored to meet each person's unique needs. By creating a safe and empathetic environment, I aim to empower my clients to explore their emotions and develop effective coping strategies. Together, we can work towards greater mental well-being and a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

I always begin with an introductory session, where you have the opportunity to share your story and express what you hope to achieve through therapy. Together, we will explore your goals and how to make them a reality. I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment that makes you feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also ensuring your sense of security. In the following sessions, we will continue to work together toward your goals.
