Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor working with adults and high-achieving professionals dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. My experience includes clinical and school-based mental health settings, and my approach is rooted in evidence-based and trauma-informed care. I provide a collaborative, supportive environment that combines practical tools with meaningful self-reflection. Therapy with me is focused, empathetic, and aimed at helping you gain clarity, confidence, and balance in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. I work within a cognitive-behavioral and trauma-informed framework, supporting adolescents, young adults, and high-functioning professionals as they identify patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and develop skills they can apply in daily life. Sessions are structured yet adaptable, allowing space for both reflection and action. I focus on helping clients manage anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and life transitions with greater confidence, balance, and emotional resilience.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you'll find a welcoming, low-pressure environment where we focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your concerns, identify what you’d like help with, and start setting realistic goals at a comfortable pace. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, explain how therapy can support you, and ensure you leave with a clear idea of what our work together can look like. My aim is for you to feel heard, supported, and more at ease about taking this next step
