Great to meet you!

Clients often share that they feel comfortable and understood when we work together. My approach is gentle but active—I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you make sense of what you’re feeling without ever pushing you before you’re ready.

As a therapist, I’ve supported individuals through trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, and major life transitions. I value honesty, compassion, and collaboration. You can expect me to be consistent, prepared, attentive, and fully present in every session.

My role is to create a space where you can explore your experience safely, gain clarity, and build the tools you need to feel grounded and empowered in your life.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is warm, relational, and deeply attuned, grounded in the belief that healing happens through safety, connection, and compassionate understanding. You integrate your clinical training with your lived experience of navigating complex emotional dynamics, allowing you to meet clients with both expertise and genuine empathy.

I work from a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and strength-focused lens, helping clients understand the roots of their struggles while supporting them in building practical tools for calm, clarity, and empowered decision-making.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about:

  • What brings you to therapy
  • What you’ve been carrying or navigating
  • What you hope to feel, change, or understand
  • Any questions or preferences you have for therapy

I will ask gentle questions to help me understand your story and the patterns or stressors affecting you, but I do so with care and attunement. I create an atmosphere that feels supportive and non-judgmental. You can show up exactly as you are—overwhelmed, unsure, emotional, hopeful, or even nervous. That’s all welcome. We don’t rush. I won’t push you to share anything before you’re ready. Instead, we move at a pace that feels respectful of your experiences, your nervous system, and your capacity in the moment.
