Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Psychotherapist, I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, resilience, and practical tools for change.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and specialize in working with adolescents, teenagers, young adults, middle-aged adults, and individuals in recovery from substance use. I support clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, life transitions, and relationship stress. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help individuals process trauma and build emotional resilience.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether you seek healing, growth, or support through a difficult time, I’m here to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard and empowered. I focus on helping clients gain insight, build coping skills, and make meaningful changes at the right pace. Therapy with me is strengths-based and goal-oriented, with an emphasis on resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater self-awareness, practical tools for managing life’s challenges, and a renewed sense of confidence in their ability to cope and grow. My goal is to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they work through difficult emotions, build healthier thought patterns, and strengthen relationships. Over time, many clients report feeling more balanced, grounded, and equipped to make positive, lasting changes in their lives.
