Great to meet you!

I'm Loni Myran (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) trained at Russell Sage College, offering both in-person and telehealth therapy to adults in Vermont. I believe therapy is a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted — and my goal is to provide a compassionate, affirming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can safely explore your experiences and move toward meaningful change. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, domestic violence, family issues, relationship challenges, women's issues, and cultural identity — using EMDR and client-centered, attachment-informed care to help you build on your strengths and live a more fulfilling, authentic life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered with a focus on social justice, attachment, and EMDR. Together, we explore the experiences, relationships, systems, and patterns that have shaped your life — identifying pathways toward greater self-understanding, empowerment, and authenticity. I strive to provide compassionate, collaborative, and individualized support that meets you exactly where you are. Growth is possible, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, respected, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together toward your goals. We'll take time to get to know each other, explore what's brought you here, and begin building a path forward together. Therapy is a collaborative process — you set the pace, and I'll be right there with you.
