Great to meet you!

I work with anyone navigating adjustment/mood challenges, stress, trauma, grief, and co-occurring disorders. Using an integrative approach, I help clients make sustainable progress toward their goals and overall wellness.

My approach to therapy

I take a personalized, supportive approach to therapy and adapt sessions to your needs and goals. I commonly use CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help you build coping skills, improve confidence, and create real change. I’m also trained in EMDR and TF-CBT for individuals working through trauma and emotional distress.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to connect and create a plan that fits your needs. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to work on, and what support would feel most helpful right now. I’ll ask questions to understand your experience, but there’s no pressure. You’re always in control of what you share. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, understood, and clear about the next steps.
