My approach to therapy

Loren practices from a Strength-Based, Trauma Informed and Person-Centered approach using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psycho-Education and Solution-Focused Therapy. She tailor’s treatment to each individual, knowing each person comes to therapy with their own unique strengths, experiences, and needs.
