Loren’s approach is eclectic, using various tools and modalities; the goal is to use what works. Quick thinking, and ability to be creative allows Loren to meet the client where they are.

What you can expect from our first session

Goals are set using the SMART goal theory- Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound; for example, if you say you want to be happy, together we will define smaller goals to get there. Strength based highlights what strengths you already own and we build on that to empower you to use your own skills to help yourself. Pattern making is to find patterns that may be hindering growth or the opposite- and then work on how to tackle bad habits and obtain your goal.
