Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who works with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I created Meeting of the Minds to offer a supportive, solution-focused space where clients can feel safe exploring their experiences and working toward meaningful change.

My background includes working with individuals managing concerns ranging from anxiety and mood-related challenges to more complex mental health diagnoses, as well as couples seeking stronger communication and connection. I also support families in building understanding, collaboration, and healthier patterns of support.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client’s needs. I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family-systems therapy to help clients better understand patterns, build practical coping skills, and strengthen relationships. I focus on creating a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, clarify goals, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we focus on understanding what brings them to therapy and what they hope to gain from it. We’ll discuss goals, relevant background, and any immediate concerns, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable. My priority is helping clients feel heard, respected, and clear about next steps moving forward. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together to determine what feels most helpful for you.
