Great to meet you!

***Can most often offer same day appts if you pay out of pocket - please call for urgent needs***

I have been practicing as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner since 2015. Prior to working as an PHMNP I worked as an NICU nurse for almost 10 years. And now I’m thrilled because I love this line of work and the patients I treat!

I am also currently in the Doctoral of Nursing Practice program at UCLA.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach promotes self determination. A mental health diagnosis is deeply personal and individual. By empowering the person with the diagnosis to make informed decisions, they can begin to recognize that a diagnosis is only one tiny part of their lives and identity. This can help prevent the diagnosis from taking over now and in the future.

What you can expect from our first session

Medication is only one tool for promoting mental health. I empower my patients to find healthy and balanced lifestyles and work with you to come up with a treatment plan that fits with your goals! My clients walk away feeling empowered and excited for their future. Once we have the intro call then we can set up appts. I do evenings and weekends also.
