Hi~ My name is Loren and I am very excited to begin working with you. I have been a clinical social worker for 6 years after receiving my MSW from Columbia University. I have worked with a with a range of clients with diverse backgrounds in both a public mental health clinic and a private practice. I specialize in working in areas such as depression, anxiety, and trauma.

My approach to therapy is fairly direct, but each experience is going to be different. Specializing in depression, anxiety, and trauma, I focus on internal motivations and past lived experiences to help better shape our understanding of symptoms and moving through them in the future.
