Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here! I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and life transitions. I offer a collaborative, supportive space where individuals feel understood and empowered to create meaningful change.

My background includes work in high-acuity settings such as correctional facilities, inpatient psychiatric units, and hospital-based outpatient care. At the Harris County Jail in Houston, Texas, I developed reentry-focused assessment tools to improve continuity of care between the court and medical systems.

I’ve been part of a team that built programs from the ground up, including a home visitation program for mothers, now offered through telehealth in both virtual and hybrid formats. I use structured therapeutic tools to help individuals actively engage in treatment.

I have a focused interest in depression, anxiety, grief, and women’s mental health, including pregnancy and postpartum. I offer telehealth sessions across Texas, with insurance and private pay options available.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I focus on building strong rapport early, creating a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported.

I balance open conversation with practical tools and strategies to help you make meaningful, real-life changes.

My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in building insight, resilience, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive space where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you in, your goals, and any relevant background, and there’s no pressure to share everything all at once—we go at your pace.

I focus on building comfort and connection early, so you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll start identifying what you’d like to work on and outline initial goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you.

You’ll leave the first session with a clearer sense of direction and what it’s like to work together, as well as next steps that feel manageable and supportive.
