Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly two decades of experience, I provide therapy that is both clinically grounded and deeply human. My practice integrates Trauma‐Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, early childhood psychotherapy, and perinatal mental health frameworks to support individuals and families through complex emotional and relational challenges

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is collaborative, strengths‐based, and culturally responsive. I help clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, and strengthen their capacity for emotional regulation and healthy communication. I value transparency, structure, and clear treatment planning, while also honoring the importance of warmth, safety, and authentic connection.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an assessment, but it’s also a conversation where we begin getting to know one another. We’ll explore what brings you into therapy, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping to change or understand. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to learn about your history, current concerns, and the goals you’d like to work toward, and I’ll support you throughout the process, so you never feel rushed or overwhelmed.
