Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) clinical counselor with more than 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse settings advocating for clients and helping them build healthier coping skills, stronger relationships, and greater emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that every individual and family has unique strengths, and I work together with clients to identify goals and create practical strategies for growth and healing. I utilize evidence-based counseling techniques, behavioral management strategies, and supportive interventions tailored to each client’s specific needs. I strive to provide culturally sensitive care that promotes trust, emotional safety, and long-term personal development

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we will begin getting to know one another. We will discuss your current concerns, personal history, goals for therapy, and any challenges you may be experiencing. The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and share what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we will begin developing a plan that feels comfortable, realistic, and supportive of your emotional well-being and personal growth.
