Great to meet you!

Welcome to your journey! Bienvenido a tu espacio de sanación y crecimiento.

I'm a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience. I offer compassionate support in English and Spanish, helping individuals navigate trauma, life transitions, and healing, drawing from my background in child welfare, outpatient mental health, and post-hospital recovery. Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck?

You’re not alone—and you don’t have to face it alone.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work and a deep commitment to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s emotional and mental health challenges. Whether you're managing anxiety, recovering from trauma, coping with depression, or adjusting to a major life transition, I offer a safe, supportive space to heal and grow.

My professional experience spans various settings, including child protective services, community agencies, and post-hospital care. I’ve worked with diverse populations, including children, adults, and families, supporting them through issues like school-related stress, relationship dynamics, and emotional overwhelm.

I specialize in trauma-informed care and have supported survivors of natural disasters and unaccompanied minors at the U.S.–Mexico border. I'm especially passionate about helping clients explore identity, cultural issues, and life stressors that may impact emotional well-being.

In therapy, you can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach grounded in empathy, cultural awareness, and practical tools. My goal is to help you build resilience, feel more empowered, and make meaningful, lasting change—on your terms.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe therapy should be a safe and empowering space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I draw from evidence-based practices while honoring your individual experiences, strengths, and values.

I incorporate trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and culturally responsive practices to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, I work alongside you to explore what’s holding you back and to develop practical tools for healing and growth.

Above all, I aim to foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and genuine connection—because I believe that the relationship itself is a powerful part of the healing process.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain clarity, emotional support, and practical tools to manage life’s challenges. Through our sessions, you’ll develop coping strategies to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitions. You'll leave feeling more empowered, resilient, and equipped to make positive changes in your life. My goal is for you to feel heard, validated, and confident in your ability to create lasting improvements in your mental well-being.
