Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 11 years of experience, dedicated to helping individuals find balance, clarity, and confidence in their lives. I primarily work with women who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or stuck in cycles that no longer serve them—whether in relationships, career, or how they view themselves. Many of my clients are navigating the emotional impact of life transitions like menopause, body changes, and weight management, often in silence and without support.

As a trilingual Licensed Professional Counselor (Portuguese, Spanish, English), I offer a compassionate and culturally sensitive space. I understand how culture, language, and generational expectations can shape the way we experience mental health, body image, and self-worth.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a collaborative, supportive, and empowering experience. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help you explore patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with your goals. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you—and work steadily toward it.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you. You’ll have the space to share your story, your concerns, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I aim to create a warm, judgment-free environment where you feel safe, heard, and respected. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan and work together to move you toward the change you’re seeking.
