Great to meet you!

I'm Loretta — an LISW-S with more than a decade of experience sitting with people who are carrying real weight. Before clinical practice, I worked in juvenile justice with youth and families, which gave me a grounded, no-judgment understanding of how systems, stress, and circumstance shape the way people show up in their own lives. That perspective follows me into every session. I work with women, adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating some of life's harder chapters — anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, family strain, relationship challenges, and transitions that weren't planned for. I offer Telehealth sessions across Ohio, which means no commute, no waiting room — just focused, private time built around your schedule.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused CBT — methods that are evidence-based, practical, and built around the way you actually think and process the world. I'm not interested in going in circles. I'm solution-oriented, which means we spend real time on what's working, what you want more of, and how to build toward it — while taking seriously whatever needs to be unpacked first.

Sessions are collaborative. You set the pace and the priorities; I bring structure, tools, and honesty. I work to be the kind of therapist who says the useful thing, not just the comfortable one.

What you can expect from me

The first session belongs to you. I'll ask questions — some about what brought you in, some about what you're hoping to feel or do differently — but there's no pressure to have it sorted out before we start. Most people arrive unsure of how to begin, and that's completely fine.

By the end of our first conversation, you'll have a clearer sense of how we'll work together and what a path forward could look like. My goal is that you leave feeling genuinely heard — and a little less alone with whatever you brought in.
