As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Alcohol/Drug Counselor, I believe everyone has the capacity for Change. I also understand and know that change can feel overwhelming and sometime impossible.

I am the founder and Chief Executive Officer of AMPT Up For Change, LLC a company established in 2005 to offer counseling services and court approved education classes.

As a therapist I have gained invaluable, hand-on experience with counseling clients who suffers from anxiety and depression.

My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, safe space rooted in empathy and active listening.

I offer a supportive, evidence based approaches to my clients which will help manage triggers, identify the obstacles holding them back and develop practical, personalized strategies to create a fulfilling healthy life style.
