Great to meet you!

For ten years, I have worked alongside children with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and OCD. My career in pediatric nursing shaped how I see each young person I work with: as a whole child in the context of their family, their school, and their community. Now I am building my psychiatric practice around the children who deserve specialized care from someone who genuinely understands them. I work with children, adolescents, and young adults. I take the time needed to get it right, because every child's situation is different.

My approach to therapy

My sessions tend to be longer because children need time, and so do the parents and caregivers who support them. I bring warmth and patience to every visit, and I am direct about what I observe and what I recommend. Each plan we build together reflects the whole child, not just a diagnosis.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you and your child. I will ask about their history, daily life, and what matters most to your family. I want to understand the full picture before we talk about next steps. You will leave with clarity on what I see and how I can help.
