Great to meet you!

I graduated with my masters in counseling from University of Colorado, Denver in 2019 and became a school counselor for the last 5 years. I began seeing clients additionally and have loved working with adults. I am also working towards my certification in Play Therapy, and I believe play is a huge part in everything we do! I am looking forward to join you on this journey and learn together.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I empower you to heal by tapping into your existing strengths. Everyone deserves to feel seen and understood, and I’m honored to have the opportunity to walk beside you on that journey. Using a solution-focused, humanistic, and strengths-based approach, with elements of IFS, I offer warmth and directness to help you reconnect with yourself, integrate your parts, and reach your full potential. I also work with you to develop coping strategies for both everyday challenges and deeper healing.

What you can expect from our first session

I like to give challenges or opportunities between sessions, but with very little pressure. This is YOUR work, so I invite collaboration and for you to tell me what you need as well. I like to talk about where you want to get with therapeutic work, and do check-ins along the way to see that we are moving towards that goal.
