I graduated with my masters in counseling from University of Colorado, Denver in 2019 and became a school counselor for the last 5 years. I began seeing clients additionally and have loved working with adults. I am also working towards my certification in Play Therapy, and I believe play is a huge part in everything we do! I am looking forward to join you on this journey and learn together.

Using a solution-focused, humanistic, and strengths-based approach, with elements of IFS, I offer warmth and directness to help you reconnect with yourself, integrate your parts, and reach your full potential. I also work with you to develop coping strategies for both everyday challenges and deeper healing.
I like to give challenges or opportunities between sessions, but with very little pressure. This is YOUR work, so I invite collaboration and for you to tell me what you need as well. I like to talk about where you want to get with therapeutic work, and do check-ins along the way to see that we are moving towards that goal.
