My name is Lori-Ana and I am a LCSW. I have been in the mental health field for over 6 years. After recognizing that I needed to make a change from corporate life to something that fulfilled my need to make a difference, I started on my own journey to personal healing. I realized that we all need support in taking small steps to make brave changes. My goal is to provide a safe space for all clients that are motivated in learning new skills and needing assistance in navigating life's tough stuff. My skills are based in DBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing. I also have experience with exposure therapy and attachment based family therapy. In your first session, we will explore your goals and create a game plan together on how to best support your journey.
