I have a strong Christian Faith that is central to my life. However, I am welcoming to all faiths.

I am passionate about family.

I have been through marriage and divorce, therefore, I understand first-hand the complex thoughts and feelings that accompany those experiences.

I have attended therapy, so I know what it's like to sit in the other chair!

I have enjoyed humor throughout my life and I enjoy using humor in sessions when appropriate.

I offer Individual Counseling and Relationship Counseling.

Therapy can be a daunting experience so I work to create an environment that feels warm and safe so that my clients feel as comfortable as possible while we dive into their challenges.

I’m a relationship specialist, so whether it is individual, couple, or family therapy, I educate and guide my clients to create healthy and satisfying relationships.

Each of us deserves to know what it feels like to be listened to, understood, and supported. I successfully work with people who are interested in improving the quality of their lives whether they are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship turmoil, or difficult life transitions.
