I have a Masters in Mental Health Counseling and have been working in the fields of Trauma and Substance Use Disorders for over 10 years. I am EMDR trained and find that being eclectic in my approach towards treatment has been helpful with being able to connect and create safe, stable, caring therapeutic relationships with my clients over the years.
