Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping women navigate life's most emotionally demanding seasons with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. Whether you're managing anxiety, processing grief, facing infertility or pregnancy loss, navigating the emotional and physical changes of perimenopause, feeling worn out from all of life's responsibilities, or working through relationship challenges, therapy provides a place to slow down, feel understood, and create meaningful change. Together, we'll move beyond simply surviving toward feeling more grounded, connected, and hopeful.

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I'm warm, honest, and willing to gently challenge them when needed. I won't just listen—I’ll help you understand what's keeping you stuck and give you practical tools to try between sessions.

Please note: I only offer individual therapy through the Headway platform (not couples or family therapy).

I do offer a very niche approach to couples therapy by partnering with my husband (also a therapist) and offering "couple to couple" therapy through our private practice, Elevating Relationships. As this is a unique approach with 2 therapists, it is private pay only.

My approach to therapy

Whether you're a high-achieving professional balancing countless responsibilities, grieving a loss, navigating the uncertainty of infertility or perimenopause, or longing for healthier relationships, my goal is to provide a space where you can breathe, heal, and rediscover the version of yourself that feels whole again.

I believe healing happens when you feel genuinely seen, safe, and supported. My approach is an eclectic mix of compassionate and collaborative care with practical and direct feedback. At times, sessions may be more reflective and exploratory. I may also teach a bit/suggest tools based on research. Rather then simply managing symptoms, we'll explore the deeper patterns that keep you feeling stuck while building effective tools you can use in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Think of the first session as a conversation rather than an interview. I want to hear your story, understand what has brought you here, and learn what you're hoping life will look like if therapy is helpful.

You don't need to have the right words or all the answers. I'll ask thoughtful questions, offer support, and help us create a plan that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, encouraged, and confident that you don't have to figure this out alone.
