Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Therapist with over a decade of experience helping people find their footing through some of life's most difficult moments — whether that's anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating identity. I earned my MSW from the University of Southern California, and I've built a practice grounded in creating a truly affirming, safe space — especially for the LGBTQ+ community and survivors of trauma, domestic violence, and complex experiences. My goal is for every client to feel genuinely heard from the very first session.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and grounded in open, honest communication. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood, while also gently challenging patterns that may be holding them back. I believe in balancing empathy with directness, helping clients gain insight, build practical skills, and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, low-pressure space where we focus on getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and begin exploring your goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. This initial meeting is also about building a strong sense of trust and rapport, so you can feel confident and supported as we begin working together.
