Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board-Certified (PMHNP-BC) with experience in mental health care since 2016. I earned my psychiatric certification in 2019 and have dedicated my practice to helping individuals navigate a wide range of mental health concerns with compassion, respect, and clinical expertise.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis. I believe meaningful healing happens when care addresses emotional, physical, spiritual, and social well-being together.

What you can expect from me

I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where patients can feel heard, understood, and empowered in their treatment journey. My goal is to work collaboratively with each patient to create an individualized plan that promotes stability, growth, and hope. Compassionate care, trust, and connection are at the heart of my practice. I strive to meet every person with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care as we work toward better mental wellness together.
