As a Licensed Clinician and Suicide Loss Survivor I bring compassion, empathy, and a goal to partner with my clients on their journey. I am a culmination of education, free will, and life experiences from which I have cultivated a purpose and passion that compels me to reach out to those in need. I am a certified Greif Therapist and Suicidologist. My passion and training prepares me to embrace working with those impacted by suicide, trauma, and grief/bereavement.

My approach to therapy

My theoretic style is eclectic in nature including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a basis and various strategies that include enhancing coping skills, a mind/body approach, strength-based, person-centered, and solution-focused practices.

What you can expect from me

I'm very focused on providing trauma-informed care by creating a safe, non-judgmental, collaborative space for every client based on their unique needs. Together we will identify areas of need, set and prioritize goals focusing on stabilization and improving quality life.
