A bit about my approach to therapy

I love helping people become more easeful in their bodies and in the world.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to create safe space for my clients to feel held, supported and empowered in their therapy journey. I serve as an accountability coach and always ask my clients what steps they can take each week to move closer to their goals.
