Great to meet you!

My name is Lori Hinsdale and I have close to 20 years of experience in providing mental health treatment. I have worked with individuals, families, and couples.. As a clinician, I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have extensive experience in working with almost every mental health diagnosis and have assisted individuals going through an array of life stressors and feel that I am equipped to assist individuals going forward, regardless of diagnosis or presenting stressor.

My approach to therapy

My goal as a therapist is to make you feel comfortable and heard and to work as a team with you and your support system to start feeling better now.

What you can expect from me

I am a home work giving therapist, for sure. Change takes place in our day to day life, not just a weekly session. But; unlike our high school math teachers, I try to make my homework fun and innovative!
