Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, and fatigued? Do you find yourself struggling with persistent sadness, anxiety, or the weight of past experiences? My goal is to help you build a path forward toward healing and renewed well-being.

My education includes training in Psychology and Public Health with a focus on overall health and wellbeing. For the past 10 years, I've provided clinical care and assessment services, specializing in individual counseling through an integrative and collaborative approach to treatment. I have extensive experience treating mood disorders, trauma, and substance use, with particular expertise in helping clients manage stress and navigate feelings of hopelessness.

Together, we can work to develop the tools and strategies you need to reclaim your sense of purpose and move toward a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I utilize evidence-based approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual engaging in treatment. I’ve received advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which I employ to support my patients with establishing clear values, enhancing coping capacity, and developing meaningful connections.

What you can expect from me

The treatment I provide is individualized and driven by the needs of each unique person taking the steps to meet with me. Together we identify goals for treatment and work to achieve those goals – this may include tangible items like acquiring coping skills, changing specific behaviors, and settings boundaries or insight-oriented topics such as identifying values, improving communication strategies, or adjusting relational patterns.
