I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida with experience in a psychiatric hospital, hospice, substance abuse, children, families, women's issues, men's issues, and veterans. I am also licensed in Texas and Nevada. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Austin Peay State University. I have encountered many people with different challenges, all of which I have dedicated compassion and empathy towards helping.
I have experience with helping those in crisis, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, personality disorders, and more. Mostly I try to utilize a strength-based, solution focused approach to focus on an individual or couple with emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma therapy.
As a military veteran I am familiar with military culture which includes being culturally competent to a wide variety of beliefs and struggles. It is my passion to help others become their authentic selves with tools to navigate life always striving for balance.
