I would love to help you learn healthy coping skills to effectively get through struggles you may be going through. I offer adult INDIVIDUAL therapy only.
I work with adults through short term individual therapy seeking support for everyday challenges such as stress, work-life balance, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, ADHD, emotional regulation concerns, depression, anxiety, career goal setting, communication skills, or life transitions to name a few. My approach is solution-focused, which means we will work together to identify practical tools and strategies you can begin using right away. Whether you are adjusting to a new role, improving communication, or building healthier habits, I aim to provide support that will help you achieve your goals.
For clients who value Christian faith as part of their journey, I also offer the option to incorporate prayer and biblical wisdom into our work together.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency call 911 or go to your nearest ER. Severe and/or frequently severe mental health needs are best served in an in person mental health therapeutic setting. Clients needing intense therapy, court ordered therapy, therapy dealing with legal related issues of any kind, or custody involved therapy are best served by local in person mental health providers and resources.
