I strongly believe in "meeting my clients where they are." I empower my clients to know their strengths and believe in their ability to reach their goals. I have never been one to do what everyone else is doing, so I try to help individuals be themselves and reach their own goals.
I try to meet the clients where they are. I hope to empower them to make appropriate goals and believe in themselves, despite whatever obstacles the world has thrown at them.
Clients can expect to feel accepted and get to share information in a caring, non-judgmental space. They should finish the session feeling like a ton of weight has been lifted off from them.
