Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Lori Landres, LCSW, CASAC Level 2. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. I have experience in hospital, outpatient, and community-based settings, supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, stress, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative. I utilize evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, heard, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to share their experiences and concerns. During our first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy, identify your strengths, and discuss goals that are meaningful to you. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
