Great to meet you!

I bring an unusual combination of perspectives to therapy — I've spent my career as a psychotherapist, middle school principal, and special education administrator, and that breadth shapes how I show up for the adults I work with. I understand that life's challenges, transitions, and stressors can feel overwhelming, and I know firsthand how much courage it takes to ask for support. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely comfortable, heard, and respected from the moment we begin.

Together, we'll work to build insight, develop coping strategies that actually fit your life, and address whatever is getting in the way of your well-being. Our work will be shaped around your unique needs, strengths, and goals — because no two people's journeys look the same.

My approach to therapy

I follow your lead. I believe your time in therapy is deeply valuable, and your comfort is always my priority. Through active listening and a collaborative approach, I'll support and guide the experience in a way that feels right for you — not a prescribed formula.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll focus on getting to know you — what brought you here, what you're hoping for, and what your goals look like. It's also a chance for both of us to get a feel for working together. There's no pressure, no agenda — just an honest conversation about how I can best support you.
