Great to meet you!
I believe healing happens through honest connection, compassion, and creating a space where people feel safe enough to be fully themselves.
Seeking support takes courage, especially when you've spent a long time carrying difficult experiences on your own. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or needing to have everything figured out first.
My experience includes supporting individuals navigating substance use, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring mental health concerns. I have worked across community mental health, homelessness services, street outreach, and addiction treatment settings, helping individuals facing complex challenges with compassion and practical support.
For over 12 years, I have facilitated grief groups through FRIENDS WAY, supporting teens and adults experiencing many forms of loss, including sudden death, suicide loss, overdose loss, anticipatory grief, and complicated bereavement. This work has given me extensive experience in thanatology and a deep appreciation for how grief shapes identity, relationships, and emotional well-being.
