Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting individuals in navigating life’s challenges with resilience, insight, and compassion. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work through what may be weighing on you.

I primarily work with adults 18 and over who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and the emotional impact of life stressors. My approach is integrative and client-centered, meaning I tailor our work to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Together, we will focus on building coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and creating meaningful changes that support your overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm and collaborative, rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a strengths-based focus to help you manage life stressors with greater confidence. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while building practical skills that support meaningful change.

I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we will work to identify patterns that may be holding you back, strengthen your coping strategies, and move toward goals that feel aligned with the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a balance of conversation, relationship-building, and structure. We’ll review confidentiality, policies, and begin exploring your goals for therapy so you feel informed and comfortable with the process.

I will focus on creating a safe, supportive environment where you can express your thoughts and feelings openly and receive encouragement and thoughtful feedback. Together, we’ll start building rapport, gaining insight into your experiences, and identifying initial skills or strategies that can support you. My goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and empowered as we begin working toward your goals.
