Great to meet you!

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, I am a solution-focused therapist with a deep passion for helping clients make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.

I am an avid animal lover, outdoor enthusiast, and enjoy spending time with friends and family. In my free time, I love immersing myself in movies, and playing board games, tabletop games, and video games. I also enjoy building Legos, playing Magic the Gathering, D&D, coloring, and diamond painting.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, Inner Child work, Behavioral Modification, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Strength-Based Therapy. Additionally, I hold a certification as a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC) helping survivors rebuild self-trust, set healthy boundaries, and process the emotional wounds left by manipulation and gaslighting. Through validation and trauma-informed techniques, I guide clients in recognizing their worth, challenging internalized self-doubt, and developing healthier relationship patterns. By fostering empowerment and resilience, we can transform pain into growth, helping you reclaim your sense of identity and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

With an affirming and direct style, I empower my clients while creating a warm, inquisitive, and humorous atmosphere in our sessions. Building a strong connection between therapist and client is my top priority, as I believe it's the foundation of effective therapy. This is especially true when working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I believe in walking alongside my clients as they navigate their journeys, working together to achieve their counseling goals.
