Great to meet you!

I have a passion for working with kids and teens who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, and family issues. I enjoy collaborating with parents and school staff to support the best outcome for my clients. I completed my graduate degree in counseling in 2002 and worked for most of my career as a school based therapist.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I understand that change may feel impossible at times, and I appreciate the process of walking alongside my clients and helping them feel empowered to grow. My style is warm, supportive, sincere, and empowering.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to help my clients learn new coping skills and tools to navigate the challenges of life. Adolescence can be especially difficult and I work to help clients feel empowered to advocate for themselves, make positive changes in their behavior and achieve their personal goals.
