Great to meet you!

I’m an LCSW with over 25 years of experience supporting people navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and major life challenges. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive training in nervous‐system–informed approaches that help clients understand how stress affects their bodies and shapes their patterns of responding.

My approach to therapy

My work focuses on building awareness, strengthening regulation, and helping people develop new, more supportive ways of navigating stress so they can move through life with more steadiness and clarity.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we get to know what brings you in and what you’re hoping for. I’ll ask questions to understand your current stressors, and how your nervous system tends to respond under pressure. We’ll explore what feels most important to you right now and identify a few initial steps that support regulation and clarity. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, grounded, and supported.
