Great to meet you!

I'm Dr. Lori Pantaleao and specialize in helping adults and couples navigate relationship challenges, trauma, addiction, anxiety, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, creating a supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change. I currently provide secure telehealth therapy for clients throughout Florida. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified Addiction Professional (CAP), and Certified Telehealth Professional (CTP).

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. My work is grounded in systemic and relational therapy, helping clients understand how relationships, life experiences, and personal strengths influence their well-being. I also incorporate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), an evidence-based approach that helps clients build on their strengths, recognize what is already working, and take practical steps toward their goals. Together, we'll focus on creating meaningful, lasting change that aligns with your values and the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. We'll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, identify your strengths, and begin developing a personalized plan that fits your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful, with a clearer sense of direction and confidence in the work we'll do together.
