Hi, I'm Lori. It's great to "meet" you here. I have been in the helping profession for 25 years, a therapist for 14, and a motivational speaker for 29. I focus on empowering my clients to live thier best lives, find themselves and shine brightly.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use and honest and humanistic approach in therapy knowing that each person's needs are slightly different. I embrace a person centered practice with ensuring that you and your work is my priority.

What you can expect from our first session

Many of my clients embrace that therapy is not a "attend when it's broken" model I practice, but instead one of maintenance and personal improvement. I believe that therapy is a bit like gardening, and requires tending, addressing, focus, a bit of hard work and a willingness to be in dormancy. In the end, all seasons produce desirable outcomes that lead to greatness.
