Great to meet you!

If you're doing it right, being a human is hard--but you can do hard things and I'm here to help!

With over 12 years of experience in the counseling field, 9 of them as a licensed clinician, there's not a lot I haven't encountered. And with 40 years of being a human myself, I've gained some wisdom along the way. As an anti-racist, anti-capitalist, abolitionist, I think it's important to examine the impact of harmful systems on our psyche so as not to pathologize our struggles.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach is to help people connect the dots between their childhood experiences and current challenges, and then use mindfulness, spirituality, and various processing techniques to move them toward the changes that will bring peace and ease.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a collaboration. Let's figure out where you would like to go and how I can help you get there. I want to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. You can do this, and you don't have to do it alone.
