Great to meet you!

I am a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed therapist who specializes in working with children, teens, and families. I have extensive experience supporting clients with autism, adhd, anxiety, big emotions, and challenging behaviors. I also enjoy providing parent support and coaching.

As a parent of 2 neurodivergent children, I bring both professional expertise and lived empathy to my work. I offer telehealth (primary) in-home, and community-based sessions so I can meet clients where they feel most comfortable.

My approach to therapy

I believe that emotional health isn’t about staying cheerful or avoiding hard feelings—life is more textured than that. Some days are smooth; others feel like wading through oatmeal. My goal is to help you move through the tough moments with more confidence, humor, and resilience.

I use a warm, collaborative, and playful approach that blends evidence-based strategies with creativity. I am strengths-focused, neurodiversity-affirming, and committed to creating a space where clients feel understood, accepted, supported, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on creating comfort and clarity. I move at your pace and invite you to share what’s going well, what feels hard, and what you hope to change. With kids and teens, I use play or creative activities to help them warm up naturally.

You can expect a calm, nonjudgmental environment, practical insights you can use right away, and a collaborative plan for moving forward. My goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and a little lighter after we talk.
