Great to meet you!

As a board certified LMFT practicing for over 17years, I want you to know that you don’t have to keep holding it all together on your own. We can work together to help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in the life you’re creating.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is an opportunity to create breakthroughs, challenge old narratives, and begin writing a story that reflects who you are becoming, not only what you have survived. Together we will collaborate and create an environment where you are able to meet your goals.

What you can expect from me

Expect a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where the priority is in your comfort and trust so you can share your story. The session often begins with casual conversation or introductions to help ease anxiety and establish rapport. My aim is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and free to share at your own pace, emphasizing that therapy is a collaborative process and that open communication is key to progress
