My approach to therapy is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for the human need for connection. With over two decades of experience across inpatient, outpatient, residential, and private practice settings, I have developed an integrative style that meets clients where they are while supporting meaningful and lasting growth.
At the heart of my work is the belief that insight and connection are powerful agents of change. I strive to create a safe, affirming space where individuals, couples, and families can explore their experiences, strengthen relationships, and better understand themselves.
My clinical approach blends evidence-based and experiential modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, Gottman Method techniques, and the Nurtured Heart Approach. As an AASECT-certified Sex Therapist and Supervisor, I also provide specialized, inclusive support around intimacy, sexuality, and relational dynamics. My work is further informed by my training as a Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional and Approved Clinical Supervisor.
Beyond traditional frameworks, I incorporate elements of nature and art into the therapeutic process. Both serve as powerful tools for grounding, reflection, and emotional expression—inviting clients to slow down, notice, feel, and connect more deeply with themselves and their surroundings.
Ultimately, my goal is to help clients cultivate insight, resilience, and authenticity, empowering them to navigate life with greater clarity, intention, and connection.
