Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I received my Masters's of Social Work degree from USC. I have had the privilege of working with multiple populations from children, adolescents, adults, couples, the Military and their families. I specialize in helping individuals living with anxiety, depression, adjustment changes, trauma, harm reduction and behavioral changes. I firmly believe that everyone has the capacity for healing and personal transformation.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy and non-judgment. I utilize, Solution focused, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. I approach therapy holistically, recognizing that mental health is interconnected with various aspects of life. This means I not only address the symptoms but also explore the root causes and incorporate strategies for overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, we'll focus on improving crucial life skills such as coping mechanisms, communication, and self-regulation, all while fostering a safe and compassionate environment for your journey.
