Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapy from CIIS, and my clinical training spans psychiatric emergency services, grief and suicide prevention, and domestic violence advocacy. This background allows me to work skillfully with complex trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and life transitions. Alongside that depth, I bring imagination, creativity, and gentle play into the room. Clients often say they feel deeply safe, understood, and free to explore every part of themselves. I integrate strong clinical judgment with creative attunement to help you find clarity, regulation, and lasting inner stability—while keeping curiosity, meaning, and possibility alive.

My approach to therapy

Offering psychotherapy integrating IFS, Jungian depth work, DBT, polyvagal regulation, somatic experiencing, and lifestyle medicine interventions to support your goals.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a calm, grounded, and welcoming space where we explore what’s bringing you in at a pace that feels safe. I take a warm, relational, trauma-informed approach. Together, we clarify your goals, notice patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, and begin creating a personalized plan to support good self concept, nervous system regulation, and secure relationships. Most clients leave the first session feeling relieved, seen, and more hopeful about their path forward.
