Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapy from CIIS, and my clinical training spans psychiatric emergency services, grief and suicide prevention, and domestic violence advocacy. This background allows me to work skillfully with complex trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and life transitions. Alongside that depth, I bring imagination, creativity, and gentle play into the room. Clients often say they feel deeply safe, understood, and free to explore every part of themselves. I integrate strong clinical judgment with creative attunement to help you find clarity, regulation, and lasting inner stability—while keeping curiosity, meaning, and possibility alive.
